It tells you where we are, when we are open, and what we serve. You cannot buy anything, book a table or create an account here. To ask about a private event or anything else, call or email us.

We keep this site as current as we reasonably can, but a bar changes. Items sell out, suppliers change, prices move and hours can change for a holiday or a private booking.

Nothing here is an offer or a guarantee of availability or price. The menu and the prices in the room at the time you order are the ones that apply. If a date or an event matters to you, call ahead and we will tell you.

We describe alcoholic drinks on this site. We do not sell alcohol through it. You must be of legal drinking age to buy alcohol from us, and we serve responsibly and at our discretion — which includes refusing service.

The photographs, text, menus, logo and design on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are welcome to link to us, to share our pages, and to print a menu for your own use. Please do not republish our photography or copy as your own, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.

We link to Google Maps, our Google Business listing and our social profiles. We do not control those services and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.

We would like the site to be available all the time, and we do not promise that it will be. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and using the site afterwards means you accept the updated version.

This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on information on it — including menu, price and opening-hours information, for the reasons given above.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, and the courts of Johnson County, Indiana have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
